COVID-19 Protocol

Your overall health is our top priority to us. That is why we have implemented upgraded protocols and procedures for enhanced patient and staff safety.

Here’s what we’re doing to protect you. We are:
  • requiring masks for all patients and staff
  • running HEPA air cleaners (down to 0.1 micron) in every patient room all day long
  • sanitizing all high-touch surfaces after every patient
  • requiring temperature checks at the door or your car upon your arrival (call us, and we can come out to you)
  • screening questions before your appointment
  • scheduling all appointments in a way to reduce contact with other patients
  • offering curbside service if you need to drop off a hearing aid for repair, cleaning, or other regular maintenance
  • providing remote in-home hearing aid programming. If you’re unsure if your hearing instruments can be adjusted remotely, call us, and we’ll let you know
  • offering to mail batteries and other accessories that you may need for your hearing aids upon request
  • following all recommended CDC guidelines
