For the last decade, our Live Better Hearing office has provided the Greater Richmond community with the hearing care services they need.
Located in the Henrico area, our office is inside the women’s health medical building, 7601 in suite 227. We are in close range to Cheswick Park and 64, providing easy access for those in Henrico County and surrounding communities. We understand how important hearing is to your daily life, which is why we offer convenient appointments from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Dr. Jennifer Young
Jennifer Young, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Dr. Jennifer Young is an audiologist at our Henrico and Midlothian office locations in Virginia. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Hearing Disorders from James Madison University, where she was a graduate research assistant at the auditory research lab. Her clinical rotations included University of Virginia Medical Center, George Washington Hospital, and Georgetown University Medical Center. Dr. Young earned her clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA).
Dr. Young is dedicated to providing excellent, individualized, compassionate audiology care using best practices. She prioritizes helping her patients understand their hearing and balance condition and their recommended treatment options. She finds it rewarding to be able to guide patients toward an improved quality of life. Dr. Young’s clinical interests include hearing diagnostics, remediation of hearing loss through amplification and assistive devices, balance assessment, and electrophysiological testing.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Young appreciates the beauty and history of Virginia, which is her husband’s home state. When outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, her cats, walking, piano, parks, museums, and cooking.

Emily Stickford
Emily Stickford is our new PCC in the Richmond and Midlothian offices. She graduated from VCU with her bachelor in social work and then graduated from George Mason with her masters in social work. She likes to hike, garden, and kayak.
