Lauren Wright is a doctoral resident at the Waldorf location. She is currently completing her Doctor of Audiology degree (Au.D.) at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. During her time at Indiana University, she served as the fundraising chair of the Indiana University chapter of the Student Academy of Audiology where she planned, coordinated, and executed events to fundraise for the organization and community outreach opportunities. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Towson University in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology and minored in Deaf Studies. While at Towson University, she became proficient in American Sign Language as well as conducted research in hidden hearing loss. Lauren has completed clinical rotations at the Indiana University Hearing Clinic, Midwest Ear Institute, and Indianapolis Public Schools.

She has a special interest in vestibular testing and comprehensive diagnostic audiological assessment. Being able to help others communicate with their loved ones and improving an individual’s quality of life are some of the many things that drew Lauren to the field of audiology. Lauren strives to provide the best patient care and experience possible at every appointment.

In her free time, Lauren can typically be found on a basketball or volleyball court or cuddled up with her dogs reading a good book.
