Andrea Pirner is the Patient Care Manager at Live Better Hearing + Balance, where she empowers Patient Care Coordinators to offer patient centered care throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. Andrea is also on the insurance team and spends time checking benefits and advocating for patients through her relationship with insurance companies.

Andrea received a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Science with a Minor in Psychology from Temple University. Andrea is a Registered Hearing Instrument Specialist in Pennsylvania and has trained and worked as an audiology assistant for several years. While she spends most of her time focusing on her role as a manager, she occasionally will see patients for their hearing healthcare needs.

Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband John and their pets, Guy and Bronn. She also enjoys cooking, exercising and gardening in nice weather. Andrea is a homebody at heart, but also enjoys going on trips with her family and friends.
