I received excellent service from Jessica on the front desk and Dr. Erin Roach, the medical professional who helped me. Jessica is pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Roach has wonderful patient/customer manners, identifies and analyzes issues quickly, possesses deep expert knowledge and digital acumen, and cares about her patients. She took the time to address my problems and questions until they were resolved. She handled the unexpected with aplomb, and she asked for feedback throughout our session. In our communications after my appointment, her responses were prompt and thorough. I found Live Better Hearing in Rockville to be a refreshing oasis in the middle of a medical community that frequently feels rushed and perfunctory in dealing with patients.

Time well spent. Very pleasant feeling from the front office to the testing area. Dr. Pertmer was very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. The hearing testing was painless. easy and complete. Dr. Pertmer checked my hearing aid and made the necessary adjustment. She also made recommendation for additional hearing care and different hearing devices. This was a very good choice for my hearing testing site

The staff is wonderfully kind and patient and Dr Holly was awesome with my mom. She’s 93 and Dr Holly spoke to her directly which a lot of doctors don’t do with elderly patients. We left there happy and my mom can actually hear again!

Audiologist was extremely thorough in understanding my requirements and recommending the instrument technology that would maximize my hearing acuity. Most importantly, the fitting process was, by far, the most accurate alignment with my hearing requirements that I’ve experienced in my 57 years of wearing hearing aids.

My experience was excellent! From scheduling to the hearing test and through the process of determining the proper hearing aids for my type hearing loss as well as being custom fitted for my ears. Then the programming and instruction on how to use them was top-notch. Brandon goes above and beyond and obviously is very experienced in his line of work. I definitely recommend to anyone with hearing loss looking to better their life.

Great experience. Dr Wrabel went well out of her way to confirm coverage under an existing insurance policy and get me set up with my first set of hearing aids shortly before I switched policies. As part of all of this, she set up a weekend appointment with me to get everything in before I transitioned to the new policy. She has also been very conscientious during the initial and follow up appointments to make sure I am happy with the aids and that they are tuned to my preferences. Top notch customer service, and just a very pleasant person on top of it all.
Dr. Jenifer Cushing is a knowledgeable professional familiar with all hearing issues. She is attentive to her clients, listening patiently and explaining things clearly. I highly recommend her to others who need a good audiologist.
