This has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end and all the needed in-betweens. Dr. Cole is truly a "Top Notch" Doctor who truly cares about her patients concerns and comfort levels. She is one of the best Doctors I have come across and thankful I found her! If you want the Doctor's Doctor, make an appointment - you owe it to yourself to hear better!

I thought the experience was great. The doctor explained what was going on every step of the way. I thought they were very thorough and I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better. Also, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable about every aspect of the tests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Great experience overall.

Live Better Hearing has been very helpful and informative. Appointments are available and wait time is minimal. Staff is polite and approachable and thorough. It is admirable that this is a place for internships. My suggestion is to ask interns to dress as if they worked there. Business casual seems to be common denominator in office environment. Not sneakers and head scarfs. Thank you.
Always have the most thorough exam every time I go in for my checkup. Brandon Adawi is awesome. He takes his time making all adjustments needed. I have been coming to Live Better Hearing for a long time...back to when Dr. Cushing first took over A&A hearing. I have seen a number of different audiologists during that time and each one has treated me with the utmost care and concern while giving me the highest professional service and advice. I thank you all for that. I have one small issue, however. I am seeing Dr. Cindy Leeb now and she is wonderful as is her staff. However, if I need to call her office I am immediately connected to your answering service. While that is beneficial when she is not in her office, I think when she or her staff are there, patients would be better served with a message that says office staff cannot talk to you now, please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. There can be an additional option to be transferred to central answering. However, in my conversations with them, they are polite and try to be helpful, but the best they can do is pass my message on to the office I am trying to reach. I know Dr. Leeb's hours and her two locations and make my calls at times when someone is scheduled to be in. Just a thought from a longtime patient. ~Shelley Levy

You are the one place I know of that has a real audiologist that can officially fill out papers for bus driving. Parking is cramped but by luck i had the whole parking lot to maneuver in to get pointed out the driveway. The lady at the desk out front was so helpfull and pleasant. She is an asset to your business. Every one gave service with a smile. God willing I may see you next year again.
