Always a pleasant experience when I visit this place. Dr. Madeline is excellent to work with. Whenever I visit, they check my hearing aids for any software updates, make any minor adjustments, and install new filters. And, even the receptionist has a smile and greeting that makes me feel welcomed…..every time.
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly in scheduling my appointments. Brandon was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect, he had me try on hearing aids so that I was comfortable with them and able to adapt easily to them.

Both Shannon and Lindsay were so kind. Shannon took the time to check me in before her lunch and we had wonderful conversation. I learned so much during my testing, and they made sure that I left with physical test results along with faxing to my ENT. I will definitely be returning for any future audiology needs. Very very friendly from the receptionist to Dr Lewis. Made me feel very comfortable at all time. Hearing testing went very smooth with that extra caring touch.
So far it's been positive, but i don't even have my Hearing aids yet.
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Cindy Leeb. She spent a lot of time explaining how she would adjust my hearing aids and discussed any problems that I had. She was very thorough and attentive.

Had a follow up appt with Danielle today for hearing aide assessment for my brother. Danielle was very friendly and helpful. She identified a problem with one of the hearing aids and sent it to factory for repairs. Danielle also showed me how to clean and place new plugs in to reduce ear wax. She was very patient and very instructive. I was very pleased with her help. Thank you!

Due to my changing medical situation Dr Holly needed to make some adjustments in my device settings. She clearly explained the changes and what those changes would accomplish. She scheduled a followup appointment but indicated that if my situation changed I should get back to her to adjust the time of our next appointment.She was very flexible in adjusting to my situation.

The whole process from making the initial appointment through the delivery of the hearing aids went very smoothly and efficiently. Anders was very helpful in explaining the details of the features of my new hearing aids along with any other questions I had re their use.
