The girl at the front desk was so friendly as well as the assistant girl that took me back. The assisant answered all my questions about my hearing aids. She cleaned them and replaced the wires. My appointment was on December 19th at 10:39.

I am most pleased with the care and information I received from Dr. Leeb. She did a thorough examination of my hearing ability and took great pains to explain the results and answer all of my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot and when I did decide to go ahead and get hearing aids, she was again very thorough in fitting and programing them to my needs.

I enjoyed meeting with Becca Kelly, but now need to find out what is causing my imbalance, dizziness and loss of understanding speech since there is not a problem with my inner ear, that I thought was going to be my problem. The VNG exam was different than any other test I've ever had on my ears, and lately I've had many. I gave names of those that would have permission to inquire about my exam and I thought a report would be sent to me without asking. I would like a report of results of my exam. Thank you, Martha

I had a great experience from my very first visit. The staff are very knowledgeable and polite. The Dr is phenomenal and is very gentle when working with your ear. A visit with them will not be disappointed.
I am delighted to have chosen Dr. Fassnacht as my audiologist. She provides me with excellent care and helped me chose a wonderful hearing aid.

I was skeptical that I needed their help. They worked with me and assisted me with using the hearing aids. They follow up regularly to check on my continued use of the aids . They test my hearing yearly and adjust the aids if necessary. They are kind and helpful and I would recommend them to others.

I just picked up my new hearing aids today at noon. I arrived home around 3PM. I took off my coat, and the right ear hearing aid dropped to the floor and broke. What do you recommend? If he aids are that fragile, I am afraid to use them. I have neuropathy and as a result am very clumsy. I know I will be dropping them frequently.
Mindy and staff are the absolute best on service and knowledge. I have purchased hearing aids from 3 other firms and non of they come close in professionalism and they always giving prompt assistance with a SMILE!
