It is a well run facility for hearing challenged patients. Dr.Lish is extremely knowledgeable in this field. I have been patient of Dr.Lish for nine years. During all my office visits, I have been seen by Dr. Lish promptly on time. This promptness is representative of his organization’s ability and skills. I have waisted my time from 1988 to 2015 by going to offices who mostly ran by hearing aids repair technicians.
As with every visit you are treated professionally and politely. They are very knowledgeable of the products and address any issues quickly. I like that the information is clear and my questions are always answered to my satisfaction. I prefer to use them for all my hearing aid services needed. My only regret about Live Better Hearing is that I did not discover them much sooner. They are the best! The whole organization is great and Shannon is incredible. She seems to have only one concern, What can I do to make her patient's experience the best ever? My latest experience was because I was having a problem with one of my hearing aids she gave up part of her lunch break to fit me in and the time it took to solve my problems was not a problem. It was not a hurry up and get back to my schedule. What dedication to her profession!!! She is the best!

I visited Dr. Daniel Eisenberg in Chevy Chase, MD, on 26 June, 2024. A previous audiologist had tested and found extremely low clarity of sound on my left ear and asked to see an ENT to know why. A brain MRI followed but it showed no damage, rendering a cochlear implant unnecessary. So when I visited Dr. Eisenberg, he explained everything very patiently including a BiCros device to amplify and transmit sound from the left to the right ear for better processing of all of the sound by the good ear alone. At my next appointment a week later, a new hearing aid for the right ear and a BiCros for the left were fitted and sounds adjusted to achieve the best possible results. Another appointment and more sound adjustments. My hearing condition has improved a lot, but one main issue of background noise is not fully resolved yet. As Dr. Eisenberg said, that's still a problem with any hearing device though scientific research has been making things better. Regardless, Dr. Eisenberg's demeanor, his way of explaining things and his empathy show how much he knows and cares about his patients. I would fully recommend him to anyone experiencing a hearing problem without hesitation.

I was able to get a hearing test at Live Better Hearing recently in July 2024. The audiologist could then give me a printout of my recent hearing test as well as the printout of a hearing test she performed on me in July 2022. I could see how my hearing has changed. While I was there I also had wax removed from each ear and that has really helped me to hear so much better! Arthur W.
