Dr. Stacey Cole is a compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable doctor. She always saw me in a timely manner. She listened intently to my description of my balance problem and determined a course of action based on her experience and expertise. She explained every procedure before performing it. She used state of the art equipment and created videos of my reactions. Dr. Cole's explanation of my problem clarified my understanding of the connection between of the ear, brain and eye. If you need a hearing and balance doctor, there is no one better than Dr. Cole. I traveled 40 miles to see Dr. Cole because she's the best. d

Did an excellent job fixing my broken hearing aid string. I am confused as to why I was charged $65 dollars. Additionally, I was told there would be a $300 charge to "transfer" my hearing aids (purchased in another country) if they need adjustment following a hearing test. However, I'm a Medicaid (Aetna) patient, and understood from Aetna that medical necessity is covered. I believe both the repair and programming would fall under the Medical Necessity category.

Wonderful! I'm so happy that I came across Live Better in Montgomery Village. My hearing aids were not working and needed repair if possible. Staff examined, determined the problem, and repaired the hearing aids, which now work better than they have in a long time. In addition, Dr. Leeb removed a quantity of hard wax from my left ear which no doubt contributed to my better hearing today. Moreover, the positive friendly manner of all staff from the moment I entered the office until I left added so much to my experience of Better Living in Montgomery Village. As recommended I will return in six months to have my hearing aids checked out and cleaned to keep them working well. Thank you all!

My appointment last week, Oct 16, with Dr Cindy Leeb was excellent as usual! She and her receptionist, Kaylee, are quite personable and make you very comfortable when going for an appointment. Everything is always taken care of for me through their work with Workers' Compensation, and if there is ever a problem, it is taken care of right away.
