A special shout-out to Becca who did a thorough hearing evaluation and, most importantly, brightened up my day with her cheerful attitude. In addition, she was very professional as she explained the results of the testing and the need for me to consider getting hearing aids, while not at all being pushy about that. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Better Hearing + Balance to anyone seeking hearing help, and if needed, hearing aids. I have found the staff there very caring and careful to be sure that each customer's needs have been met, and questions answered, before concluding the meeting. I have also been very satisfied in the way the staff helped me to get a hearing aid working again just before a large, noisy family gathering out of town.

This was a yearly hearing appointment. My hearing was tested and the results explained to me. I have some hearing loss but not enough to justify the cost recommended for hearing aids.

Christine, who ordered and fitted my hearing aides, was very patient and explained everything well. So far I am loving that I can hear better. The aides are very comfortable so far. I forget that i am wearing them.
Shannon is amazing! She identified the issue with my hearing aids, and repaired it right away, making a world of difference in my hearing! She also gave me bery good advice about what could be done about the hearing loss in the my left ear for the future. She completed a full report, and sent it to my ENT doctor for his review. I am extremely happy with her care and concern!
