This was a very brief visit for 1 of my aids to be sent back to the manufacturer for a thoro cleaning prior to its warranty expiring. My experiences with this ofc have always been positive, effective and efficient. Both Jeff and Karen are totally familiar with their products and their genuine interest and caring is apparent. They always have the time and patience to help and their attitudes are pleasant without exception.
All went well the doctor was very patient with me. I was fitted for new hearing aides. I can go back in 2 weeks for a follow up appointment. A detailed explanation of how to use the hearing aides and clean them was given to me.

I was completely satisfied with my hearing test and having my hearing aids sent out for a checkup. Appreciated getting loaner hearing aids till I get mine back. Everything is fine with the loaners, just waiting to get my own back. All visits are very comfortable and pleasant.

Jeff explains things clearly, does it a level suited to the patient, and has a very friendly and approachable manner. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to up-sell; quite the contrary, in fact. Jeff and his staff have always been available right away for help, for cleaning a clogged earpiece, and for repairs.

My overall experience with Live Better Hearing + Balance was exceptional in all ways. The hearing test was very thorough and the results were explained to me in detail. Dr. Leeb used those results to reprogram my hearing aids and I am very pleased with the results, especially when it comes to speech clarity. I recently had a hearing test completed for my 6 year old daughter. She saw Dr. Myles Marion and we both had such a great experience with him. My daughter has been feeling very anxious with all the appointments and testing needed for her reoccurring ear infections and Dr. Marion truly put her at ease and had such a calming presence. A lot of the doctors we see are older and "stuffy". While being extremely professional, Dr. Marion seemed more down to earth and I felt much more comfortable around him than I do most other doctors and I know my daughter did as well. It was an all around wonderful experience.
