They did a good job explaining things to me and make you feel comfortable. They also let you try a pair of hearing aids to ,"see for yourself", what you are missing . You would be amazed to see what they can do with the hearing aids to fit you personally.

I thought Dr Madison seeing me. She did later come in briefly to say hello and show me how to open new hearing aid batteries. Assistant took my hearing aids and cleaned them. Assistant never looked in my ears or asked about them, as Madison used to do. Perhaps this not necessary. Am hoping Dr Madison is the one who does my hearing test in December. BUT, I am grateful for all of you at Live Better Hearing!!

It was great. I had the cover of my hearing aid stuck in my ear. They could have gotten me in yesterday, but I had conflicts. Fortunately they got me in this morning and in a matter of minutes the problem was solved. I was also told how to avoid the problem in the future. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment on Thursday, July 17, 2025, for an imbalance issue and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was honestly a bit nervous about the unknown. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Daniel Eisenberg, who immediately put me at ease. He took the time to clearly explain what the VNG and balance testing would involve, and throughout the entire visit, he remained informative, patient, and reassuring. His professionalism and kindness made a significant difference in my experience. I truly appreciated the way he guided me through the process, and I would highly recommend both your facility and Daniel Eisenberg as an exceptional audiologist. One suggestion I would offer is to clarify directions to the office. Although it's listed as being on the first floor, parking is located underground, and when I took the elevator up, I couldn’t find the entrance. It turns out the office is located at the front of the building, and the entrance is only accessible from the outside. This wasn’t mentioned when I scheduled the appointment, and it caused a bit of confusion and delay. Overall, I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and very well cared for.
I had an excellent experience! Dr. Cindy Leeb is extremely knowledgeable attentive, available, and interested in my hearing aid success. Highly recommended. The front office was also attentive, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend.

A very pleasurable expierience. The Audiologist is knowledgeable, professonal, and has a very pleasant manner in dealing with people. I cannot imagine there are better places to go to improve a person's hearing, maybe just as good but not better. My wife and I are very pleased and satisfied with our results.
