Mark Noble serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Live Better Hearing + Balance, where he leads marketing strategy, brand development, and patient engagement across the organization's locations in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Mark's connection to hearing health is deeply personal—as a lifelong musician who studied classical guitar, jazz bass, and historical musicology at both undergraduate and graduate levels, he has always understood how central sound and communication are to quality of life. He finds particular meaning in helping patients reconnect with the sounds that matter most to them.

Before joining Live Better Hearing + Balance, Mark founded and led  a boutique consultancy serving political leaders, national nonprofits, and advocacy organizations. His work focused on digital strategy, communications, and public engagement for clients navigating complex, high-stakes environments.

Earlier in his career, Mark served in digital leadership roles on Capitol Hill, including as Director of Digital Strategy for members of Congress and the House Energy & Commerce Committee. During this time, he helped develop digital engagement strategies during significant legislative efforts and worked to advance best practices across Congressional offices.

Mark holds a Master of Arts in Historical Musicology from Smith College and a Bachelor of Arts in Music History from the University of New Hampshire, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
