With a strong background in both administrative healthcare and customer service, she brings warmth, efficiency, and a patient-first approach to her work.
Before joining Live Better Hearing + Balance, Summer worked as a Perioperative Services Coordinator and Patient Services Coordinator where she gained valuable experience scheduling high volumes of medical appointments, coordinating pre-operative clearances, and counseling patients with compassion and clarity.
Summer studied at the University of Maryland–Baltimore County, is a trained and certified nursing assistan,t and is familiar with a wide range of medical terminology and EHR systems.
Driven by her belief in accessible, personalized care, Summer is proud to be part of a team that helps patients reconnect with the world around them through better hearing.
Outside the office, she enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
