Theresa McDermott is a patient care coordinator in our Frederick, MD hearing center. In 2016, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Public Health and has been working in the hearing healthcare industry since 2018. Throughout her career, Theresa has gained experience as a Senior Patient Care Coordinator and Audiology Assistant; she also is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Theresa is passionate and driven when it comes to positively affecting the lives of our patients. She finds the healthcare industry extremely rewarding because she loves interacting with patients, putting smiles on their faces, and watching them reconnect with their loved ones through their journey of hearing better. When she’s not working, Theresa likes spending time outdoors and going on walks with her bernadoodle pup, Murphy.
