Sarah Jackson is the Patient Experience Coach at Live Better Hearing + Balance. Her primary focus is consistent, effective training and development of employees in support of providing a world-class patient experience. She oversees the training, on-boarding, and continuous coaching of all front office staff.

Sarah started out as the Patient Care Coordinator at our Frederick clinic in 2014 and her experience in the position is a great tool for teaching others about the role. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English with a concentration in Literature from Frostburg State University and her Master of Arts degree in Publishing at George Washington University. She applies the communication and creative skills she gained in school to the resources used by our staff. 

In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her husband and their dog and cat.
