Danielle Schopf is an Audiology Doctoral Resident at our Rockville, MD hearing center. She is currently attending the University of Maryland to obtain her doctorate in clinical Audiology. Over the course of her graduate program, Danielle has gained valuable clinical experience in both pediatric and adult audiological services in her training at Children’s National Hospital, the University of Maryland Hearing and Speech Clinic, and in private practice settings. Danielle has a passion for enhancing her clinical practices through research and has been involved in several research projects related to the benefits of binaural hearing in background noise and cochlear implant programming methods.
Danielle loves getting to know her patients and working collaboratively with them to achieve the best outcomes. Her interests include fitting and adjusting hearing aids, providing diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages, cochlear implants, and electrophysiological testing.
When she is not in the clinic, Danielle loves going on walks with her husband and taking her toddler to the park.
