Born and raised in Maryland, Isabelle started her career as a receptionist for a dog grooming company, coordinating client appointments and eventually stepping into the office manager role as the business grew. She spent the years that followed working with senior communities, planning events and attending to the needs of residents, an experience that shaped her comfort working closely with people and understanding what they need before they have to ask.
