Very pleasing and supportive staff. I appreciated explanations provided of the process. I could ask questions as needed. I was given a break as needed. I would have appreciated a copy of the results but have not received anything.

A friendly, caring office from the greeting from Andi at the reception desk to the unrushed office visit with Dr. Zolt. In addition to answering questions you have, he asks probing questions so he can tweak your hearing aids and improve your experience with them.

I have been receiving services from Live Better for about three and a half years. I’m 80 years old, with profound hearing loss due to Menieres Disease. I’ve had a right ear implant since 2019. I continue to need a hearing aid for my left ear. The service I have received from Live Better has been very good, keeping my hearing aids in serviceable use.
Experience with the Potomac staff was exceedingly positive. The audiologist was constructive in her findings and actions to be taken in the future.
staff is very courteous and the office space and the testing rooms are immaculate. doctor Holly explains the tests and is very through, always a pleasant visit .
