I usually don’t look forward to any kind of medical appointment. However, Live Better makes an exception. The staff is terrific. The receptionist is very pleasant & makes an effort to welcome patients. And while having my hearing tested during my semi-annual check-up the woman who administered the test explained everything. I would definitely recommend this office.

I always have a pleasant experience with the staff and Doctors at the company. They take the time to listen to my concerns and help work with me to achieve an appropriate outcome. Wait times are minimal and the staff is always courteous. Scheduling and rescheduling are relatively simple and timely.

I found the Doctor and staff at Live Better Hearing and balance to be friendly, attentive, and focused on me as a patient. Dr. Leeb is well-trained, has the facilities, equipment, and interest to help me understand that I was not hearing as well as I had thought. She was patient as I eventually accepted that fact, and in answering my questions as they arose, and leading me to choose devices that, indeed, have expanded what I now hear. Further, those devices have added capabilities that allow real-time adjustments that provide better hearing to suit the physical conditions in specific locations and settings in which I have placed myself. I recommend her company to help you, as she helped me.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I scheduled my 2+ hour hearing and balance testing. I surely wasn't looking forward to it. When I arrived, I met Dr Becca Kelly and her graduate intern Olivia. During the next two hours Olivia administered a variety of tests, taking the time to explain each one thoroughly. At the conclusion of the testing, Dr Kelly went over the results. Her explanation was thorough but easy to understand. For anyone who needs this type of testing I highly recommend Better Hearing and Balance, and especially Dr Kelly and Olivia.

Have not been pleased with sending back my hearing aids three times in the first year to change batteries. Was not aware when purchased that they had to be sent back to change and it could take two weeks without them.

Mostly, I am very happy with Live Better Hearing, although at this latest visit, I was informed AFTER I HAD ARRIVED, that they could not do my hearing test scheduled for that day because it wasn't quite one year since the last one. It would have been kinder to let me know that before I left home. However, my devices were cleaned and inspected (very nice; appreciated), and Becca Kelly invited me back into her room to give me back my devices. That gave me a chance to ask an unrelated question regarding my spouse's hearing. She was most accommodating and helpful. So, all was not lost. I came away feeling served well.
