Dr. Leeb was prompt and answered all my questions. One could tell that she cared about her patients.
Once in the office for my appointment, the staff are friendly, professional and very engaged. I have full confidence in the Audiologist’s ability and knowledge. My concerns are addressed and all my questions are answered. My only suggestion to improve the patient experience would be to reduce the number of reminders for each appointment. It’s excessive. I stopped counting after I received seven texts and emails asking me to repeatedly ‘confirm’. It’s not helpful, and quite honestly, after three or four, I stop reading them. One text or email the week before, followed by one text or email the day before the appointment is sufficient.

The testing seemed thorough and careful. Dr. Zolt and his receptionist are efficient and helpful. As often happens, I regret not asking more questions so that I could better understand what the report i was given means. It is full of acronms and abbreviations of course. It would be appreciated if a little explanation document was developed! I also forgot to ask for more of the little white receiver replacements. I will have to stop by for more probably.
