MY HEARING WAS TESTED BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HAVING DIFFICULTY HEARING A PROGRAM ON STAGE. MY HEARING HAS DIMINISHED SO WE CHANGED SOME OF THE THINGS WITH THE HEARING AID. OVERALL I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE YOUNG MAN WHO DID THE TESTING AND HE EXPLAINED WITH LOSS OF HEARING YOUR ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS BEING SAID CAN BECOME MORE CHALLENGING. WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE, I FELT BETTER AND NOT A MISFIT BY OLD AGE. THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY COURETIOUS. AS I AGE, I ALSO HAVE SOME TROUBLE REMEMBERING HOW TO SPELL WORDS.

Dr Brandon Adawi is great he explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with all my question he showed me step by step the use of the hearing aids how to use it and clean it and adjust it he printed all the instructions for me he is an amazing doctor went the extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and well informed I appreciate his care I will recommend him to family and friends in need for his service thank u for a great caring Dr

As usual, Livebetter Hearing in Timonium was great. Lindsey and student took care of me. I was having trouble with the set up of my new hearing aids. They made the adjustments in just 20 minutes. I’ll definitely go back in in the near future for more adjustments. Gary
