My overall experience was decent. I do have housekeeping advice which I'm sure can only get corrected on an administrative level because it relates to the information shared on your website. The website for Live Better Hearing lists the insurance companies accepted in each state, but it fails to mention the caveat the listed insurances are not accepted at all locations in each state. IT WILL HELP PATIENTS OUT TO KNOW WHICH LOCATION ACCEPTS WHICH INSURANCE. Also, your website includes addresses for each location. For your locations requiring a bit of effort to find the office IT WILL HELP PATIENTS OUT IF SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED ON YOUR WEBSITE ON HOW TO FIND YOUR OFFICE. Phrases like 'Street level entrance only', or 'No internal building entrance', or 'Access to office requires outside entrance'. Including information on parking would be helpful as well. If the expected time allotted for each test can be included on your website, why can't there be specific information explaining parking is at a fee and if entering the building from the garage elevator get off on the lobby floor walk out of the building and turn left to find the office.
My visit was with Dr. Knodell. I was a little nervous about the testing. However, Dr. Knodell was very professional, kind and attentive. Prior to each test, she took the time to explain how the test would be administered and constantly checked to see how I was doing. She is listened to my concerns and made me feel like a valued and important patient. I felt so lucky and blessed to have been in her care. We need more doctors like her.

Your service is very professional and personal. I rate it highly. I think I will need an adjustment to the hearing aids. Some sounds are too loud. E.g., when I pick up my car keys, it is very loud. Or, when some any two hard objects touch, it is very loud.
I was surprised how easy the process was for getting the Hearing Aids and pleased with the Audiologist who was very pleasant.
The appointment was so quick and the front desk assistant was so nice and same as the doctor.I definitely suggest everyone to visit them.
Live Better Hearing Potomac is great to work with. Dr. Leeb and her staff are extremely competent and very pleasant and helpful. They really want you to have a good hearing experience and give you 100 percent of their time and attention. I would love to see the office somehow open full-time.

My experience over seven years has been excellent. The audiologists have all been competent, and the service has been quite good. Hearing aids are expensive, and yours are no exception. But "You get what you pay for", and the follow-up service to make sure that the aids are matched closely to my ears and my desires, makes it worth it. Knowing you are there if I have any troubles with the equipment is the final bonus.
The experience was professional and informative. The doctor was attentive and listened to my concerns. The visit also did not feel rushed, which was much appreciated!

Dr Buckley was excellent, she explained my hearing test results clearly and in detail in a calm and pleasant manner. I never thought she was being overly technical. She presented options to enhance my hearing without being pushy. Options were just options for me to consider. She answered all questions from my wife and I. We both feel we were being helped by a true Professional and to have had her as our Doctor. I look forward to future visits. Rob Buckwalter
