I am very happy with my new hearing aids. I wasn't sure abut the hookup with my Bluetooth Phone, but I think that I have it figured out. I am also struggling with the process of putting them on and off. I just have to get used to putting them on and off ani I am sure that I will get used to the process. Thank you so much for being patient with me. Can you please tell me what type of program that you have concerning "Ballance"??
I felt good after my visit. My left hearing aid was dead. Dr. Abigail Katz found the cause and replaced the receiver. The hearing aid is now working fine. She is very nice in addition to being very thorough. Dr. Herman Blinchikoff

Service at the Ashburn, VA office has been terrific. However my Phonak hearing aids have been unreliable due to unexpected poorly working software updates, parts failures, and nonworking hearing adjustments for restaurant, TV, etc (only automatic setting works for both ears. I do not recommend Phonak Hearing Aids. .
Receptionist is very kind, professional & welcoming. The office is clean. The doctor is fabulous!!! Perfect 10. She is kind, nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She educated me on the tests and all the steps; also listened attentively and answered all my questions to my satisfaction!

I found a wonderful audiologist today. She gave me a new hearing test and told me how it differed from the last one. She is very thorough and understandable. If you are looking for a new audiologist, consider calling her office.

I was delighted to work with Dr. Zolt, as he is warm, compassionate, and excellent at explaining an important step toward better health. The adoption of hearing aids is a big step - it takes more time to get ready in the morning and it takes time to learn the software linked to the aids that enhances sound in diverse environments. Dr. Zolt's "hearing aids school" made the process fun and comprehensible. I have already recommended him to a number of my friends and will continue to do so.
