It was informative and fantastic as usual.I haven’t seen Dr Cushing in a very long time. I can’t believe that I didn’t know about the closed caption option on my phone. It would have been greatly helpful, with various phone calls. It will be greatly helpful. I am a long time client, and have recommended Dr Cushing to my friends.

This was a very brief visit for 1 of my aids to be sent back to the manufacturer for a thoro cleaning prior to its warranty expiring. My experiences with this ofc have always been positive, effective and efficient. Both Jeff and Karen are totally familiar with their products and their genuine interest and caring is apparent. They always have the time and patience to help and their attitudes are pleasant without exception.
All went well the doctor was very patient with me. I was fitted for new hearing aides. I can go back in 2 weeks for a follow up appointment. A detailed explanation of how to use the hearing aides and clean them was given to me.
