I called to see if I could get in on the Monday of the snowstorm, 1/26. The office was closed. I received a call back early on Tues., 1/27 and was given an appointment for later that morning. Dr. Adam saw me at the exact TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT. Cleaned both Hearing Aids, ( they were loaded with wax), updated a program on same that had recently become available, checked to make sure the Aids were functioning properly and sent me on my way, in less than 30 minutes, all with a smile and good cheer.
