Somehow, my appt. date was changed. Fortunately, I had the appt. card with the original date, a Tuesday morning, not Thursday. Dr. Leeb kindly squeezed me in in-between patients so that I did not have to make a return trip. I was grateful for her kindness, esp. since I was experiencing a painful leg problem. Overall, my latest visit was a plus, despite the confusion, and my hearing aids were attended to quickly and completely. Thank you, Dr. Leeb.

She is professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly and caring. She is interested in you as a person and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs.
