Live Better Hearing + Balance recently provided free hearing aids to more than 30 Philadelphia residents at our Gift of Hearing event in Germantown.

I had an excellent experience at Live Better Hearing. The hearing test was comprehensive and Dr. Pertmer was very patient and answered my many questions so I could make an informed choice. The aid was delivered in a few days and the fitting visit also went very well.

From the time that I walked into the office until Dr Becca came to get me was about 3 minutes. (Great) Very easy to talk to. She has explained how to adjust my hearing aids very clearly. Answered all of my questions clearly and concisely. The ladies at the front desk have also been very helpful. They also do a great job of contacting me to let me know about upcoming appointments. My experience has been GREAT!!!!!
I had a very positive experience at the Waldorf clinic with Dr. Madison Knodell. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. Dr. Knodell was very professional, kind, and thorough during my ear and balance evaluation. Although I am not fluent in English, the staff made sure to find interpreters so that I could fully understand everything. I truly appreciated that. I especially liked the way Dr. Knodell explained everything to me clearly, including what she evaluated during my examination and the results. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and explained everything in a very professional and caring way. I am very grateful for the care and attention I received. I highly recommend the Waldorf clinic and Dr. Madison Knodell for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care.
