This event reflects Live Better Hearing + Balance's commitment to the Philadelphia community and our mission to ensure no one is denied quality hearing healthcare due to cost.

Good customer service
Overall great...Adam is an excellent audiologist, competent, comfortable and takes time to explain everything having to do with my hearing and any changes that result from the examination. He is thorough and offers suggestions to improve my hearing experience. I trust him completely and value his expertise. I am happy that I found him. He is a solid professional and resource. I appreciate his attention to detail.
Very happy with the whole experience
I had an excellent evaluation and corrections to help me hear better. It was a very positive meeting. Thanks!
I first encountered the staff at Better Hearing about eight years ago, when my former audiology practice no longer met my needs. I have been totally satisfied with the assistance that I've received from Dr. Jeff Zolt and would highly recommend him to anyone with hearing challenges.
I always have a good experience with Live Better Hearing. never feel rushed and I feel like they are genuinely concerned about my hearing.
My audiologist was awesome. She explained everything so clearly
Everything was perfect, and Erin was delightful, knowledgeable, and kind. I will absolutely return!
always helpful and glad I chose to purchase my Oticon hearing aids with them two years ago. I can go to their office in Lansdale or meet with someone associated with the office (Trish Rieff) at my Senior Living community.
Good service, clear evaluation.
Both the audiologist and the tech conducting the hearing test were extremely competent and answered all questions satisfactorily. Just as importantly they were very pleasant to work with. I have recommended Live Better Hearing to friends and family members.
Doctor explained everything to me before each segment.I felt very comfortable with her.She was very interacting with me very personable.
I was and am very pleased. However, I am having trouble putting and keeping them in.
Very friendly . Answered all my questions
Very good
Evaluating the experience of getting initial, or replacement hearing aids (especially given newer technologies), involves much more of a process than just an initial visit. So, while I would rate the office visit highly, I think sending out a survey request only a couple days after the visit is premature. After the user has worn the hearing aids for a couple weeks, had a follow-up visit with the Audiologist, and there's been an opportunity to ask additional questions and have any necessary adjusts made, can one make a fuller and fairer evaluation of the experience.
My experience has been superb in every way.
Very Good
I love that you all still give the best care and take the time to listen and support your clients. Thank you for continuing that care as I have been a client for many many years. Top notch and I always feel good knowing that I have the best hearing place still!!
Very informing. Dr .was nice employees were very pleasant.

I’m 96 and have had several good audiologist in the past 30 years. In my opinion, Dr Mills is the absolute best. One reason, and there are many, is her desire, even eagerness, to search for an answer to a problem, using all available resources she is a kind, caring person in that also helps a lot!
Fantastic! I haven’t heard this naturally since 2006 when my hearing began to fail! Thank you, Dr. Holly for introducing me to your latest technology hearing aides ! With abundant gratitude!🙏 Diane Brooks
