Live Better Hearing + Balance recently provided free hearing aids to more than 30 Philadelphia residents at our Gift of Hearing event in Germantown.
The event drew coverage from CBS 3 Philadelphia, NBC 10, and Fox 29. I’m sorry. I’m a private person so I don’t do reviews online but as I’ve said in the past Evelyne is extremely friendly and always has a smile when I walk in to the office. Dr Macdonald has been extremely helpful in fixing my hearing aids so I feel more comfortable wearing them on a regular basis. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate being able to make appointments every 6 months for general cleaning. I am very happy to be a client. Thanks so much!

I called to see if I could get in on the Monday of the snowstorm, 1/26. The office was closed. I received a call back early on Tues., 1/27 and was given an appointment for later that morning. Dr. Adam saw me at the exact TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT. Cleaned both Hearing Aids, ( they were loaded with wax), updated a program on same that had recently become available, checked to make sure the Aids were functioning properly and sent me on my way, in less than 30 minutes, all with a smile and good cheer.
