Live Better Hearing + Balance recently provided free hearing aids to more than 30 Philadelphia residents at our Gift of Hearing event in Germantown.

My experience over seven years has been excellent. The audiologists have all been competent, and the service has been quite good. Hearing aids are expensive, and yours are no exception. But "You get what you pay for", and the follow-up service to make sure that the aids are matched closely to my ears and my desires, makes it worth it. Knowing you are there if I have any troubles with the equipment is the final bonus.
The experience was professional and informative. The doctor was attentive and listened to my concerns. The visit also did not feel rushed, which was much appreciated!

Dr Buckley was excellent, she explained my hearing test results clearly and in detail in a calm and pleasant manner. I never thought she was being overly technical. She presented options to enhance my hearing without being pushy. Options were just options for me to consider. She answered all questions from my wife and I. I have been a patient for about 20 years. In all these years everyone has been patient, kind and caring. When I need new hearing aids, the staff and Dr. Mango worked with my insurance and what would be best for me. There has never been any sale pressure (like the magazine ads, store front business). I receive a summons for jury duty recently, when I explained my concern of "missing" what was being said, that I wouldn't feel I could serve justice, Dr. Mango understood and completed a medical excuse form for me. I highly recommend Live Better Hearing + Balance.
