My experience has been wonderful. Everyone in your office is so welcoming and gracious when I come for an appointment. Even when I call with a question, I know that I am going to be helped. Some people don't want to admit that they need hearing aids, I tell them just how easy it is and that they just need to make that appointment. Everything is explained so carefully. It is so nice to be able to hear again and participate in conversations with family and friends.
As a Doctoral Resident, Ariella Ness presented as very capable and attentive to my comments. I complimented her on her listening skills and am confident that I was well served. Thank you for your help.
