Dr. Morgan Pinello

Audiologist

Dr. Morgan Pinello is an audiologist at our White Plains, MD hearing center, where she provides comprehensive audiological and vestibular care to patients across Charles County and Southern Maryland alongside Dr. Casey Gaskins.

Dr. Pinello earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University and her Doctor of Audiology from Towson University. During her doctoral training, she gained clinical experience across a range of settings, including Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, ENT practices, and university-based research environments. She completed her doctoral externship at Live Better Hearing + Balance.

Dr. Pinello brings a particular depth of clinical experience in vestibular care. Her graduate research examined visual-vestibular integration and eye movement patterns in patients with chronic dizziness — work that directly informs how she evaluates and supports patients experiencing balance issues, vertigo, and related conditions. She also provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, tinnitus assessment and management, electrophysiology testing, and precision hearing aid fittings using Real-Ear Measurement verification.

Dr. Pinello's path to audiology is a personal one. Her grandfather's experience with Meniere's disease gave her an early, firsthand understanding of how hearing and balance conditions can affect communication and connection within a family. That experience shapes the care she provides every day — particularly for patients working to rebuild confidence and reconnect with the people around them.

Originally from the Hagerstown area, Dr. Pinello is glad to be serving the Southern Maryland community. Outside the clinic, she enjoys visiting local coffee shops, attending JMU sporting events, going for long walks, and traveling with her husband.
