I usually don't give feedback, just don't want to be bothered normally but in this case, it's so important. The service I'm receiving from Live Better Hearing and Balance is excellent. Sure....original cost was expensive BUT well worth it. Office visits are being done often and on time at my convenience. Appointments are up to date, in and out. On one visit I mentioned that I felt the earpiece didn't feel secure in my ear and Dr. Mindy placed a smaller dome on and its more comfortable now. Before my last visit the company had done an upgrade to my model. Dr. Mindy did the upgrade to my set right in the office at no charge. So pleased "NoMoreBatteries" too. i have always had a great experience. i am always greeted by stephanie? the receptionist as soon as i come in. she is very friendly. this last time i was seen by dr. cassidy lewis since dr. book is no longer there. i really liked her. she was professional but also very friendly. she made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to.
