Good
as alays excellent service by interested personnel.
comfortable atmosphere. Kind, warm front desk and doctor. respectful of me and suggested what I needed. Also, the visit was n/c- very much appreciated.
Great service. Now have "better hearing." Thank you.
Dr. Roach, Thanks for the test and adjustments. I was bummed about the declining hearing and was grouchy , so sorry about that. You changed the caps and made the calibrations, which I find to have helped my ability to hear the radio ( the doubled phasing effect is gone). So I would like to continue working with you. I would ask you to try to communicate more straightforwardly with me. You did not tell me you had changed the caps or explain why you did that. You used indirect or euphemistic language which I found off putting. When I described what I perceived be a problem you tended to deny it was a problem rather than try to dig deeper to understand what I was getting at. (E.g how to identify which mode the Phonak switches to automatically. You said that couldn’t be done in the app, but then I showed you how I do it. I am sensitive to the tendency of some medical professionals to “infantilize” people my age with hearing loss. My impaired hearing makes me miss words in an explanation so I have to ask someone to say words again. “I know this is confusing” is a patronizing comment I get when I ask questions. I write investigative books; I seldom get confused.
Good
Very efficient process from scheduling appointment, hearing exam & evaluation, explanation of Tx options, needs & recommendations, etc. Staff was friendly & professional & my visit was very pleasant. Parking, clinic appearance, location no problem.
Alexis is a life saver!
My experience has been such a positive one. Thank you Dr. Bruderick! Hearing well is definitely a key to living better and living in gratitude for all around us! Sister Patricia Godoy
Comprehensive professional care, willing to listen, a pleasure to deal with.
Very good! Helped me a lot
Great experience in new audio testing booth. Much more comfortable and easier to concentrate on sounds. Dr Gillen is wonderful! She explains everything clearly. She made sure that I utilized all options on my hearing aids warranty. Kayla is a wonderful front office person. She makes everyone feel welcome and counted.
Excellent experience
My experiences have always been great and very professional
My hearing aids have transformed my life. I look forward to the audiology exam in January 2026. Despite David leaving, I was happy to see Dr. Erin Roach taking over. She immediately repaired one hearing aid, suggested a way to work on my "canal wax" and was upbeat about the appointment. I arrived early and she made herself immediately available, which helped me get to another doctor's appointment later in the morning. Highly appreciated.
Excellent service! Dr. and staff were pleasant and prompt, no long wait in the reception area. Am happy with my hearing aids!
I had an excellent experience, they were professional, detailed, used our appointment time wisely and explained things thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of hearing services.
Went well. My hearing aids are working much better
Always excellent input and the little glitches get solved.
Very positive experience. Friendly atmosphere. On time without waiting beyond scheduled time. Would recommend to others.
I feel good about our experience. I was hoping for big improvement but will settle for actual results. I will be in contact for help as needed.
I had a great visit with the Audiologist assistant earlier this month. Thank you for providing my hearing aid tune up. Mike
Great experience with Dr. C. Knowledgeable and professional, addressed my hearing aid issue and quickly adjusted it. Very highly recommended.
Always a pleasant experience when I visit this place. Dr. Madeline is excellent to work with. Whenever I visit, they check my hearing aids for any software updates, make any minor adjustments, and install new filters. And, even the receptionist has a smile and greeting that makes me feel welcomed…..every time.
