Dr. Knodell is an amazing audiologist. She listened to all my concerns, explained my warranty plan for my hearing aids, and never rushed my visit. So happy with her office and her staff was also very kind and helpful.

Everything with the VNG test was fine. Dr Kelly Becca explained the test and afterward allowed me to record her explanations so I could review her assessments later. I did have some problems with communication about my appointment. I wasn't told I needed to bring a referral. Thankfully my primary care physician sent one while I was waiting for the test. Also, I was told that I was supposed to have received instructions on preparations for the test. None received. I had trouble receiving the vestibular account. None was sent to my primary care physician. I was able to give her one after I received a mailed copy. I did finally receive an email copy. Thank you all for your help. It was much appreciated.
Staff was very courteous and kind. The lady who did my hearing test was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable.
