Brandon is very knowledgeable and very professional. He provided information about Workers Compensation that I didn’t think about and recommended an attorney who was successful in getting everything approved. I am very thankful for that because otherwise, I would not have been able to afford new hearing aids.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. My hearing test was quick and the advice was very helpful. I was not ready to replace my existing hearing aids yet but received information and tested out a potential replacement.

Quick and professional; My only criticism was that the audiology questionnaire form was sent only the afternoon of the day before an early appointment; this left little time to fill it out. If we were still working, or even just busy that day, we would have been hard pressed to complete it fully.

She is an excellent communicator. Her expertise relevant to hearing loss and the best technology to improve my hearing was outstanding.
