Visited due to left hearing device losing Bluetooth connection and antenna slipping out of place. Antenna position adjusted solved slipping issue. Re-paired devices seemed to correct Bluetooth connection but devices showing on Bluetooth list is not completely understood.

I am very happy with my new hearing aids. I wasn't sure abut the hookup with my Bluetooth Phone, but I think that I have it figured out. I am also struggling with the process of putting them on and off. I just have to get used to putting them on and off ani I am sure that I will get used to the process. I felt good after my visit. My left hearing aid was dead. Dr. Abigail Katz found the cause and replaced the receiver. The hearing aid is now working fine. She is very nice in addition to being very thorough. Dr. Herman Blinchikoff
