Our new Frederick clinic is open, and we would love for you to see it!
On Friday, November 13, we are hosting a Grand Opening and Open House for patients, neighbors, and community members across Frederick County. Stop by for a few minutes or stay for the afternoon. You do not need to be a current patient to attend.

- Hands-on hearing technology demonstrations led by our staff and our Phonak partners
- A ribbon cutting at noon, with local leaders and community members invited

Live Better Hearing + Balance has cared for Frederick patients since 2009. Our new clinic opened in July 2026 and more than doubles the size of our previous space.
The larger clinic lets us expand our vestibular services and add new and updated hearing and balance equipment. We also plan to grow our team of hearing care providers to meet the needs of our growing patient base. Our Frederick patients have given us more than 500 five-star Google reviews, and this clinic is our way of saying thank you.
Our Frederick providers are Dr. Jenifer Cushing, Dr. Becca Kelly, Dr. Lauren Wirebach, and Brandon Adawi, hearing instrument specialist. Dr. Cushing is a co-founder of Live Better Hearing + Balance and an audiologist at the Frederick clinic. Come say hello on November 13, and see where your care happens.
We offer full-scale audiology, hearing, and balance care at our Frederick clinic, including:
- Diagnostic hearing testing for all ages, including otoacoustic emissions (OAE) and immittance testing
- Tinnitus assessment and management, including FDA-approved Lenire treatment
