Everything went very well. The exam was extensive and I am now using my aides for the first time. I am hearing more things than I paid attention to in the past. Just one suggestion, I don’t need to be reminded several times by text, email, phone messages and phone calls for one appointment. If I have told you I will be there, I’ll be there!
I am always welcomed courteously when I arrive for an appointment. I recently acquired a new set of hearing aids as I'd had mine for a while, and technological advances have been made. My hearing ability has improved with the new hearing aids. Dr. Scott MacDonald maintains them in fine condition on a regular basis and will adjust them if I report any hearing difficulty in particular circumstances. I am always advised to call ahead of my next scheduled appointment if I encounter any problems. I am very satisfied with the care I receive at Live Better Hearing + Balance.

Each visit is always pleasant. From front desk to audiologist I’m always made to feel important & cared for. I live over a 1/2 hr drive to office, but well worth the trip!
