Dr.Cole is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I some instances I am technically challenged so appreciate her time and patience in walking me through various aspects of my hearing aids.

My experience was wonderful. Everything was explained to me throughout the testing and the fitting of my new hearing aids. What a difference they make. I can hear so much more. I needed cleaning of my left hearing aid. Although I had made no appointment, the receptionist and the specialist took care of me right away with kindness and professionalism. Both hearing aids were cleaned.

The audiologist was amazing! She worked great with my young son and helped make things fun for him while he interacted. It was a long drive for us to get there, but if we ever need an audiologist again, we will definitely come back here!
