Have always had excellent service with any service for my hearing aids and now have John using live better too. Was just in to rid feedback in right hearing aid unfortunately problem not solved. Will have to call again

The audiologist was amazing! She worked great with my young son and helped make things fun for him while he interacted. It was a long drive for us to get there, but if we ever need an audiologist again, we will definitely come back here!

I usually don't give feedback, just don't want to be bothered normally but in this case, it's so important. The service I'm receiving from Live Better Hearing and Balance is excellent. Sure....original cost was expensive BUT well worth it. Office visits are being done often and on time at my convenience. Appointments are up to date, in and out. On one visit I mentioned that I felt the earpiece didn't feel secure in my ear and Dr. Mindy placed a smaller dome on and its more comfortable now. Before my last visit the company had done an upgrade to my model. Dr. Mindy did the upgrade to my set right in the office at no charge. So pleased "NoMoreBatteries" too.
