Our expert and top-rated audiologists Dr. Holli Lish, Dr. Maryann McCullough Nikander, and Dr. Marisa Fassnacht lead our team with dedication and a genuine passion for hearing health. Our Warminster hearing clinic is located in the Warminster Corporate Center on W Street Rd (PA-132). We are situated on the first floor of the second building in the complex, and we have ample parking with accessible parking and an accessible entrance.

Dr. Holli Lish

Audiologist

Dr. Holli Lish is a board-certified audiologist with over 27 years of audiology experience. Holli’s impressive range of experience includes work in hospitals, schools, clinics, and private practices, where she has developed a reputation for expert, personable, and compassionate care.

Holli is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, The Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and the American Academy of Doctors of Audiology and certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Holli’s received a Doctorate in Audiology from A.T Still University, a Master of Arts degree from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.

Besides helping people improve their lives through better hearing, Holli’s other passions include fitness, good food, and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their two sons.

Dr. Maryann McCullough Nikander

Dr. Maryann McCullough Nikander

Audiologist

Dr. Maryann McCullough Nikander is a board-certified audiologist with 36 years of audiology experience, including time spent as an instructor for Temple University’s master’s degree program. However, much of her experience has been devoted to helping her patients hear better through compassionate, individualized care.

Maryann is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, The Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and the American Academy of Doctors of Audiology, in addition to being certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She had the pleasure of serving as the 2019 President of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology.

Maryann received a Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University, a Master of Arts degree from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

In addition to Maryann’s impressive experience, her patients know her as outgoing, funny, and caring. Just ask her, and she’ll tell you all about her latest hiking trip, her outdoor adventures, or her upcoming travel plans with her husband, six children, and three grandchildren.

Dr. Marisa Fassnacht

Dr. Marisa Fassnacht

Audiologist

Dr. Marisa Fassnacht is a board certified audiologist. Marisa’s educational experience includes Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University. Marisa has had clinical experience working in hospitals and private practices, with pediatric and geriatric populations, evaluating and treating hearing loss.

Marisa has personal experience with hearing loss, which allows her to connect with her patients and provide exceptional and personable care.

Aside from providing excellent care to her patients, Marisa enjoys talking about her family, cooking, watching Philadelphia sports, and taking trips to the Jersey Shore.

Andrea Mihalich, MBA

Andrea Mihalich, MBA

Practice Manager - Audiology Assistant/Hearing Instrument Specialist

Andrea Mihalich is the practice manager for Audiology & Hearing Aid Center and an audiology assistant and hearing instrument specialist. While she still loves seeing patients on occasion, she focuses on the practice’s day-to-day operations, including marketing and insurance.

Andrea received a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Science with a Minor in Psychology from Temple University. Andrea is a Registered Hearing Instrument Specialist in Pennsylvania and has trained and worked as an audiology assistant for several years.

Andrea enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, gardening, and playing with her dog Guy and cat Bronn in her free time.

Kristina Tregnan

Kristina Tregnan

Patient Care Coordinator

Kristina earned an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design and a Certificate in Applied Photography from Bucks County Community College. Kristina has over 27 years of experience working as an administrative professional in hospital and office settings, including critical care, medical/surgical, orthopedic/trauma, rehabilitation, and currently audiology. She provides friendly, high-quality, and timely support to our patients.

Kristina enjoys spending her free time writing poetry or fiction, photographing Bucks County’s charming countryside including beautiful landscapes, historical buildings, various wildlife, and gorgeous sunsets. She cherishes the time spent with her family and friends.

Roni Lachow

Roni Lachow

Patient Care Coordinator

Roni has over 15 years of experience in the medical and dental fields providing exceptional patient support in a professional and caring manner. She enjoys her role as a Patient Care Coordinator where she sees firsthand the positive impact better hearing has on people’s lives.

Roni has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. In her free time, Roni enjoys exploring picturesque Bucks County with her husband and spending time with their young adult children, family and friends.
