My hearing aids have transformed my life. I look forward to the audiology exam in January 2026. Despite David leaving, I was happy to see Dr. Erin Roach taking over. She immediately repaired one hearing aid, suggested a way to work on my "canal wax" and was upbeat about the appointment. I arrived early and she made herself immediately available, which helped me get to another doctor's appointment later in the morning. Highly appreciated.

Always a pleasant experience when I visit this place. Dr. Madeline is excellent to work with. Whenever I visit, they check my hearing aids for any software updates, make any minor adjustments, and install new filters. And, even the receptionist has a smile and greeting that makes me feel welcomed…..every time.
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly in scheduling my appointments. Brandon was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect, he had me try on hearing aids so that I was comfortable with them and able to adapt easily to them.

Both Shannon and Lindsay were so kind. Shannon took the time to check me in before her lunch and we had wonderful conversation. I learned so much during my testing, and they made sure that I left with physical test results along with faxing to my ENT. I will definitely be returning for any future audiology needs.
