Have not been pleased with sending back my hearing aids three times in the first year to change batteries. Was not aware when purchased that they had to be sent back to change and it could take two weeks without them.

It was a wonderful experience during my visit. Everyone is very friendly and courteous and my visit was an enjoyable one. All the adjustments to my hearing aid and cleaning were done in a thorough and timely fashion.

Mostly, I am very happy with Live Better Hearing, although at this latest visit, I was informed AFTER I HAD ARRIVED, that they could not do my hearing test scheduled for that day because it wasn't quite one year since the last one. It would have been kinder to let me know that before I left home. However, my devices were cleaned and inspected (very nice; appreciated), and Becca Kelly invited me back into her room to give me back my devices. That gave me a chance to ask an unrelated question regarding my spouse's hearing. She was most accommodating and helpful. So, all was not lost. I came away feeling served well.

Somehow, my appt. date was changed. Fortunately, I had the appt. card with the original date, a Tuesday morning, not Thursday. Dr. Leeb kindly squeezed me in in-between patients so that I did not have to make a return trip. I was grateful for her kindness, esp. since I was experiencing a painful leg problem. Overall, my latest visit was a plus, despite the confusion, and my hearing aids were attended to quickly and completely. Thank you, Dr. Leeb.

She is professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly and caring. She is interested in you as a person and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs. She explains things clearly to help you make the right decision. I have never felt pressured or rushed. The office staff is friendly, efficient and helpful.
