Due to my changing medical situation Dr Holly needed to make some adjustments in my device settings. She clearly explained the changes and what those changes would accomplish. She scheduled a followup appointment but indicated that if my situation changed I should get back to her to adjust the time of our next appointment.She was very flexible in adjusting to my situation.

The whole process from making the initial appointment through the delivery of the hearing aids went very smoothly and efficiently. Anders was very helpful in explaining the details of the features of my new hearing aids along with any other questions I had re their use. Finally, the receptionist, "Megan" was very polite and professional re my appointment schedule and future follow-up visits.
