After nearly two decades in our Montgomery Village location, it’s bittersweet to share that our original office — the very first Live Better Hearing + Balance clinic — is officially on the move. As of June 30, 2025, we’re now welcoming patients to our brand-new Gaithersburg audiology center, just one mile away from where it all began.
Founded in 2007 by Drs. Ross and Jenifer Cushing, Live Better Hearing + Balance started as a small clinic in Montgomery Village with one powerful mission: to help people live better lives through better hearing. Since then, we’ve grown to become one of the most respected hearing care providers in the country, with over 25 locations and a team of expert audiologists delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
This move is an exciting next step in that journey.
Our new clinic, located at 18310 Montgomery Village Avenue, Suite 520, Gaithersburg, MD 20879, offers an updated, modern environment designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll still see the same familiar team, including myself, but now in a space that reflects the high-quality audiology care we provide every day.
The Gaithersburg location is easy to find — right next to the Gaithersburg Library in the Montvale Center building. We’re conveniently positioned just off Montgomery Village Avenue, across from the Lakeforest Redevelopment site. Parking is free, plentiful, and just steps from the front entrance. Take the elevator to the fifth floor, and we’ll be there to greet you.
