I’ve been using Live Better Hearing the past 5 years after I switched from another hearing aid business that would not work with me to fix issues I was having. After switching to Live Better Hearing and upgrading my hearing aids with new technologies and capabilities, my provider has continually worked with me to achieve the best performance of the hearing aids to match my hearing loss. I couldn’t ask for anything more. After 5 years, this month, I purchased again the latest technological advanced hearing aids available from Live Better Hearing. I have no doubt that Live Better Hearing will continue to provide the same level care as previously provided.
Experience was great! 2nd time in about 6 months. Had not purchased hearing aids here, but they were most accommodating. Dr. Scott MacDonald saw me both times, was very knowledgeable & provided some cleaning items for me as well. I plan to return as necessary.

Recently, I have had marked difficulty hearing, even those across the dining room table in a small room, Dr. Leeb very kindly worked me in at the end of her morning schedule. She examined my hearing aids very carefully, removing wax clinging to them. Then, much to my surprise, she lifted a significant hunk of wax from one ear and several small pieces from the other. Within minutes, I noticed a remarkable clarity in my doctor's voice! In addition to the removal of wax, she told me of some careful adjustments to the aids which have made them more effective. Before I left, she made a four month follow-up appointment to address any subsequent accumulation of worrisome wax!!! I am sincerely grateful, not only for Dr. Leeb's competence, but, especially for the warmth of her spirit. Ellen Farrior. age 93!
