Dr. Elms was very thorough and gave my brother, who lives in a nursing home, a comprehensive hearing eval. He then explained the results to us. Following the eval, Dr. Elms spent a great deal of time repairing my brother's hearing aids and taking ear molds so that the hearing aids would be effective for him. Thank you again!
