Quick and professional; My only criticism was that the audiology questionnaire form was sent only the afternoon of the day before an early appointment; this left little time to fill it out. If we were still working, or even just busy that day, we would have been hard pressed to complete it fully.

I rate Better Hearing and Balance in Columbia Md. a 10 plus. After my hearing test Dr. Cole explained the hearing loss. Her explanation was clear, concise and easy to follow. She is an excellent communicator. Her expertise relevant to hearing loss and the best technology to improve my hearing was outstanding. I will need to catch up with her about that being in common! I just happened to see Dr. Kelly as I was leaving. It was a real treat to see her smiling self. She is terrific, and if I ever venture the Lenire path, I will certainly follow up with her.
