I was searching for a solution to help improve my husband s declining hearing in social situations. The device we had only allowed transmission from one source which was not useful in social situations of several people or lectures amd presentations. Dr. Eisenberg was very helpful in identifying a device that would work and explained the new technology which Better Hearing and Balance offers. We received the device in two days and he was also helpful in pairing it with my husband s hearing aids. We love the Phonak mic and its versatility . All of the staff were friendly, professional and accomodating with setting appointments. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Eisenberg and BH+Balance for providing solutions for hearing challenges.

LiveBetter Hearing in Montg. Vlg is a very nice office, atmosphere, very convenient to where I live (within walking distance), and run in a professional, friendly manner. All the years of service (since I've been a patient) I've always been completely satisfied with the visit. The friendly receptionist Kayla and the Audiologist Dr. Gillen are great, and Montg. Vlg is fortunate to have such a decent professional office (Audiology) conveniently located in the MV Shopping Center.
