I was completely satisfied with my hearing test and having my hearing aids sent out for a checkup. Appreciated getting loaner hearing aids till I get mine back. Everything is fine with the loaners, just waiting to get my own back. All visits are very comfortable and pleasant.

Jeff explains things clearly, does it a level suited to the patient, and has a very friendly and approachable manner. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to up-sell; quite the contrary, in fact. Jeff and his staff have always been available right away for help, for cleaning a clogged earpiece, and for repairs.

My overall experience with Live Better Hearing + Balance was exceptional in all ways. The hearing test was very thorough and the results were explained to me in detail. Dr. Leeb used those results to reprogram my hearing aids and I am very pleased with the results, especially when it comes to speech clarity. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wishes to approve their hearing!
