Visited due to left hearing device losing Bluetooth connection and antenna slipping out of place. Antenna position adjusted solved slipping issue. Re-paired devices seemed to correct Bluetooth connection but devices showing on Bluetooth list is not completely understood.
my visit went very well, I felt I was listened to and helped better understand how my hearing aids worked.
