Very knowledgeable and helpful
I find hearing loss treatment to be a complex topic with a large number of variables. For example, I have more hearing loss at high frequencies (e.g. female voices) than lower frequencies. This means amplifying across the board is suboptimal. Another challenge is a small group of people that include a mixture of loud & soft voices with or without loud background noise. How well the hearing aid fits and whether it remains in optimal position makes a big difference as well as the optimal tuning. These challenges are a combination of technical & physical as well as dependent on lifestyle & human behavior. This is a demanding combination of skills. I find Live Better Hearing + Balance - West Long Branch to have a great culture and are very effective in helping me best meet my hearing challenges.
