My left hearing aid stopped working in the evening a day before we were planning to leave for two weeks. They fit me in the following afternoon and fixed the hearing aid so no worries while out of town!

I submitted this to Google reviews but it hasn't been posted yet: I visit Living Better Hearing & Balance for regular evaluations and device checks. They’re skilled audiologists proficient in the use of state-of-the-art test tools. Each member of the team is equally proficient at empathetic communication with hearing challenged seniors like me. They’re deliberate and methodical in their testing, explain what they’re doing and why, welcome and thoroughly answer questions, and take ownership of their work. If you have hearing issues or are looking out for someone who does, this is where you want to go. Hearing changes slowly, never for the better, and is not always noticeable, so I recommend regular visits to keep corrective treatment optimal. Five stars.

My hearing and associated tests have been very quick and, I believe, complete for determining a set of hearing aids which I have now been using for several years.
