Everything went well
Was a very good appointment, hearing aids were fitted, tested and set up. Everything was explained in detail on the operation of the new hearing aids. A follow up appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks for any fine tuning. Paperwork was completed and explained so I could file my claim with my insurance company.

Visited due to left hearing device losing Bluetooth connection and antenna slipping out of place. Antenna position adjusted solved slipping issue. Re-paired devices seemed to correct Bluetooth connection but devices showing on Bluetooth list is not completely understood.
my visit went very well, I felt I was listened to and helped better understand how my hearing aids worked.
