Great experience. Dr Wrabel went well out of her way to confirm coverage under an existing insurance policy and get me set up with my first set of hearing aids shortly before I switched policies. As part of all of this, she set up a weekend appointment with me to get everything in before I transitioned to the new policy. She has also been very conscientious during the initial and follow up appointments to make sure I am happy with the aids and that they are tuned to my preferences. Top notch customer service, and just a very pleasant person on top of it all.
Dr. Jenifer Cushing is a knowledgeable professional familiar with all hearing issues. She is attentive to her clients, listening patiently and explaining things clearly. I highly recommend her to others who need a good audiologist.

She is amazing in every way, genuine and she handled my three kids, even if one of them was so sick, and the other one wasn't able to stay still... she still handled them all with such grace and all the way with a beautiful smile on her face. I tried Live Better Hearing after years of trying to find someone who really knew what they were doing. I found that person in Dr. Ertter at Live Better Hearing. Over time Dr Ertter moved to different offices and I followed. The last office she worked in was in Annapolis, 30 miles from my home in Ellicott City. Dr. Ertter left Live Better Hearing but I stayed on in Annapolis because she trained Dr. Mills. Dr. Mills left on maternity leave, so I met Dr. Stacey Cole on my last visit there. I was very impressed with Dr. Cole as well. When I found out Dr. Cole, works out of the Live Better Hearing office in Ellicott City, just down the road from me, I asked if I could transfer back to her. My second visit with Dr. Cole was as enjoyable as the first. Dr. Ertter, Dr. Mills and Dr. Cole are all extremely well trained and professional, they all have great people skills as well.
I visited the offices because I was having difficulty with my hearing device. In a matter of minutes, Dr Holly was able to determine what the problem was and she proceeded to fix my device. The entire visit was less than 30 minutes and I left knowing that they cared about me as a patient. I have had nothing but great experiences with the professionals at the company!!!

I arrived feeling very concerned about the decline in my hearing. Jenifer worked with me for two hours. By the time I left my hearing aid was completely updated and my ability to hear greatly improved.
