First I tried signing up with your portal. Very archaic. Gave up. When you have tap the year from 2026 to 1946 is ridiculous. Next you notification for appointments is way over kill. When you clean these matters up I’ll join your portal. Thanks, Jane Simonds

My experience has been wonderful. Everyone in your office is so welcoming and gracious when I come for an appointment. Even when I call with a question, I know that I am going to be helped. Some people don't want to admit that they need hearing aids, I tell them just how easy it is and that they just need to make that appointment. Everything is explained so carefully. It is so nice to be able to hear again and participate in conversations with family and friends.
