How many times has someone said, " I loved my experience at the doctors?" Truly, this experience was a 10 out of 10 experiences. It started when I scheduled the appointment, I was given an appointment that wasn't necessarily ideal to my time expectation, but I was immediately put on a waiting list without having to ask. I was called not even a week later notifying me of a cancellation and I took it! Once I got to the appointment, the Front Desk staff member was on the phone but, she acknowledged me. Once she was finished with her call, she attentively and warmly checked me in. We shared a short conversation before I was greeted by the Audiologist herself. Omg, her personality and presence were so refreshing and informative. I truly got so much needed information and clarity at this appointment.
I feel Dr. Holly Buckley is very thorough & precise in her examinations & adjustments which makes me very comfortable with her. She is a good listener to my concerns too.
Everything was top notch. From walking into the office, taking the hearing test and readjusting my hearing aids based on today's results. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable.

I had a problem putting the hearing aids in the box to recharge the first night so they did not recharge. The instructions on the box are in very small print. But I found out that there are three green lights that need to light up on for it to recharge. I have not been able to hear any difference with or without the hearing aids in. When I rub my finger across the tip of the little wirer at the end of the hearing aid I hear a scratchy sound.

A couple of months ago I was having trouble with understanding language at a normal volume level with the hearing aids I had purchased approximately 4 years prior. I had noticed that my hearing regressed and I needed help understanding the problem. Needless to say my hearing had became annoyance to me and to others. I made an appointment with Dr. Kelly and was put through extensive testing which did not turn out well. Dr. Kelly suggested that I undergo testing for the cochlear implant. This involved more extensive testing which lasted about an hour plus. I was tested using new hearing aids with improved technology. I am happy to say that my test score greatly improved and a cochlear implant will not be necessary. The new hearing aids are costly, however, they have an inhouse payment plan that is going to fit my budget. Note that I am retired and live on a fixed income but my hearing health is very important. Thanks to Dr. Kelly and also her capable assistant.

It is always pleasant when I go to Live Better in Ashburn (Near Giant). ANders and his secretary are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and make me feel comfortable. I recommend their product, which has made me forget I have it on.
Staff at the Lutherville/Timonium office is very professional. They are courteous, accommodating and seem to explain everything. This level of service has been consistent over the many years of my being a patient there.
Excellent visit and the reception has to help me get my supplies as well as the doctor resolve my settings in my hearing aids which have been with me now for over 10 years and the service they give me is as good as it can get.
