Recently, I have had marked difficulty hearing, even those across the dining room table in a small room, Dr. Leeb very kindly worked me in at the end of her morning schedule. She examined my hearing aids very carefully, removing wax clinging to them. Then, much to my surprise, she lifted a significant hunk of wax from one ear and several small pieces from the other. Within minutes, I noticed a remarkable clarity in my doctor's voice! In addition to the removal of wax, she told me of some careful adjustments to the aids which have made them more effective. Before I left, she made a four month follow-up appointment to address any subsequent accumulation of worrisome wax!!! I am sincerely grateful, not only for Dr. Leeb's competence, but, especially for the warmth of her spirit. Ellen Farrior. age 93!

Have dealt with several other hearing aid vendors in the past but I feel most comfortable at Live Better Hearing with Marissa. I can always get help on the phone or Marissa will see me asap. Have had these hearing aids for about 15 months. Am very happy with my hearing aids, with Marissa, and with Live Better Hearing.

My yearly check up was efficient, easy to handle, and went perfectly thanks to Adam who is the best audiologist ever!!! I was tested and spent time learning next steps and that I am in pretty good shape thanks to my hearing aids and the care I receive from Live Better. After 7 - 8 years with Dr. Holli Lish I left for a firm that was recommended by my health insurer which offered several thousand dollars towards new hearing aids. I took advantage of that offer on the purchase of best-in-class units. After one year of problems I have returned to the skill and service Provided by Dr. Lish and Live Better Hearing.
