I've always found LBH people to be professional, courteous, and helpful. I came to LBH in October 2023 needing to be tested for hearing loss in both ears. The findings established that I did require two hearing aids. The options were explained to me in a clear and understandable language. I purchase the hearing aids and have been very satisfied ever since. The few times I've had to visit LBH I've been very happy with each visit. My office appointment with Dr. Holly Forst was quick and easy. She tested my hearing and did some maintenance on my hearing aids. She reassured me that my hearing condition was not getting worse at this time and she said to contact her if I had any hearing issues before the next appointment.

At the Ellicott City, Dr. Cole was patient and through, took great care to explain how to use and care for the aid. I can go places and not fill ashamed, when people have to repeat or shout. I feel Dr.Mills explained in detail the results of the hearing test and what level of hearing aid I needed. She explained what I would be experiencing with the hearing aids on, how they work and how my brain needed to adjust to the new level of sound. We went over how to store them and clean them.
