Dr Ness explained what was going to be done very well. A fterwards informed me to follow up with an ENT because of certain issues with testing results and problems i told her about with my left ear. Very pleasant and thorough with everything. She was great.
Live better hearing associates work very well with me and my hearing problems. The associates are very friendly and efficient with the hearing test and adjustments to my hearing aids. I enjoy visiting there and plan to buy some new hearing aids in the near future.

Brandon is patient and most helpful. I appreciate his research on the brand and the appropriate level of hearing aids for me. It was fun to learn about the diagnostic tools available and the software adjustments to match with what my ears hear. I also appreciate his willingness to try different shapes for the ear pieces/domes.

Brandon is very knowledgeable and very professional. He provided information about Workers Compensation that I didn’t think about and recommended an attorney who was successful in getting everything approved. I am very thankful for that because otherwise, I would not have been able to afford new hearing aids.

Quick and professional; My only criticism was that the audiology questionnaire form was sent only the afternoon of the day before an early appointment; this left little time to fill it out. If we were still working, or even just busy that day, we would have been hard pressed to complete it fully.
