The girl at the front desk was so friendly as well as the assistant girl that took me back. The assisant answered all my questions about my hearing aids. She cleaned them and replaced the wires. My appointment was on December 19th at 10:39.

Besides hearing full range people's voices and hands free phone conversations, my cellphone apps deliver to my ears, in stereo, any music, podcast, sports, news I choose while I walk or jog or run or sit or rest. No wonder I almost forget to take them off when I shower or go for a swim! Milton Werthmann

Evyleen was so nice on the phone when I booked my first appointment and then in the office when I came in. Dr. MacDonald was very nice and helpful and listened to my concerns and then was able to take care of my issues and cleaned my hearing aids for me. Thank you very much!
I am most pleased with the care and information I received from Dr. Leeb. She did a thorough examination of my hearing ability and took great pains to explain the results and answer all of my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot and when I did decide to go ahead and get hearing aids, she was again very thorough in fitting and programing them to my needs.

I enjoyed the appointment which was over before my appointment time. My hearing aide was fixed quickly and the audiologist was lovely. I just wish I hadn't had to wait a month for the appointment.
