Exc3llent service starting at the front desk with Karen and the audiologists Tara Mango and Christine. Both excellent. Christine, who ordered and fitted my hearing aides, was very patient and explained everything well. So far I am loving that I can hear better. The aides are very comfortable so far. I forget that i am wearing them.
Shannon is amazing! She identified the issue with my hearing aids, and repaired it right away, making a world of difference in my hearing! She also gave me bery good advice about what could be done about the hearing loss in the my left ear for the future. She completed a full report, and sent it to my ENT doctor for his review. I am extremely happy with her care and concern!
I feel very positive. I appreciate the staff courtesy and effort to accommodate when setting up appointments. Dr. Leeb is always pleasant and kind when we discuss my hearing needs, and she explains things in a helpful way. My experiences have all been positive. Very pleasing and supportive staff. I appreciated explanations provided of the process. I could ask questions as needed. I was given a break as needed. I would have appreciated a copy of the results but have not received anything.

A friendly, caring office from the greeting from Andi at the reception desk to the unrushed office visit with Dr. Zolt. In addition to answering questions you have, he asks probing questions so he can tweak your hearing aids and improve your experience with them.
