I walked into the office and was greeted with “Hello! Welcome”. I got signed in, had a seat and was immediately offered a drink. Wait time was minimal. My first experience with Dr. Sutter was great! She was very informative by explaining what we were doing and what we hoped to accomplish at my first visit. We are so happy and fortunate to have Dr Jenifer Cushing assisting me in my endeavor to hear better. She is knowledgeable, professional and much appreciated with her personal/casual attitude. She works with me, to make life not about my hearing loss, but what I can still hear. She is an invaluable asset to this establishment. I would also like to acknowledge the rest of the staff as well. They have all been friendly, helpful and completing an all around pleasant experience at Live Better Hearing & Balance!

Kind and helpful finding times to meet re: office and availability. I am now the owner of my newest asset to hearing with clarity -most appreciated at the theater and meetings of larger groups as well as family and friends. Hearing the first notes of the orchestra and then violin of the Beethoven Violin Concerto brought tears to my eyes this past Sunday.
