I felt like I was in expert hands throughout my entire experience. Dr. Brudereck and her secretaries were very patient and knowledgeable and professional. I had to make a change of type of hearing aid, and they were very amenable. She cleaned my old hearing aids so I have a fall back pair should anything happen to my new ones. My last visit to the Potomac office was very solid and pleasant. I had made a mistake about the time of my appointment and had come at 11:30 instead of 11:00 am. Yet I was welcomed without any fuss. Fortunately, this appointment was for a review of my hearing heads and not for a new hearing test. A very pleasant and professional technician took them, cleaned them and verified them. She also provided me with helpful advice on setting up hearing choices on the software of my iphone. It was a good visit. Sincere thanks to everyone. Good job!
