I have been a patient of Dr. Mindy for at least five years. From my initial set of hearing aids five years ago to now coordinating after care with my ENT doctor because of ear problems, she has been an excellent listener and fixer! It would be hard to imagine that I could expect anymore current care and understanding as well as following up on future after care.

I definitely rate it a 10!! From the beginning I was impressed with the staff, the thoroughness of the hearing test and the explanation of the testing results. Everything was done in a relaxing but extremely professional manner including the styles of the hearing aids and costs. Now that I am wearing the hearing aids for one week I can hear sounds that I haven’t heard for a very long time including the turn signals on the car, the timer on the stove/oven just to mention those. I’m sure I’ll have others at some point. I’ve been able to have clarity in a conversation with a group of friends while having dinner here at Phoebe Berks without missing the punchline of a joke, etc (while there was background chatter). I am extremely happy and pleased. Thank you, Dr. Brudereck!
